Woo! First finished character of the New Year! And of course she is a dozy. I forgot how intricate and full my Sailor Senshi sheets are. orz Also, now everyone can finally see the true glory of her hair. I've been dying to make a character with that type of hair forever and I finally manged to pull it off with her. I'm so proud. QwQ

But anywho, Lucia is a character who's official debut has been a long time coming. All her info and stuff in on my TH. So if you wanna read it go look her up. :3
